1. Information We Collect
- Authentication Data: Your Google OAuth profile (name, email) for account creation and login. We only access and use your name and email from your Google OAuth profile.
- User-Provided Content: Any text, images, audio samples, or video files you upload.
2. Use of Information
We use your authentication data solely to manage your account and process your requests. We process your uploaded content only to generate and deliver the AI-created videos you request.
3. Data Sharing and Disclosure
The Company does not sell or share your personal data with third parties, except to comply with legal obligations (e.g., a valid subpoena or court order) or to protect the rights, property, or safety of the Company, our users, or the public.
4. Data Retention and Deletion
We retain your User Content for as long as your account remains active or as needed to provide the Service. You may delete your account at any time; upon deletion, we will remove your User Content from our systems within 90 days, unless otherwise required by law.
5. Security
We employ administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. This includes, where appropriate, data encryption, access controls, and regular security assessments.
6. California Privacy Rights (CCPA/CPRA)
If you are a California resident, you have specific rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA). These rights include:
- Right to Know: You may request disclosure of the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you, the sources of that information, the business or commercial purpose for collecting or sharing personal information, and the categories of third parties with whom we share personal information.
- Right to Delete: You may request the deletion of your personal information that we have collected, subject to certain exceptions.
- Right to Opt-Out of Sale/Sharing: While we do not sell personal information, the CPRA expanded the definition of "sharing" to include sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not engage in such sharing. If our practices change, we will update this policy and provide a clear opt-out mechanism.
- Right to Correct: You have the right to request that we correct inaccurate personal information that we maintain about you.
- Right to Limit Use and Disclosure of Sensitive Personal Information: We do not collect sensitive personal information as defined by the CPRA.
- Right to Non-Discrimination: We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your CCPA/CPRA rights.

7. Do Not Track Disclosure
We do not currently respond to browser ‘Do Not Track’ signals. We may revisit this policy as standards evolve.
8. Children’s Privacy
Our Service is not intended for use by children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 13 without verifiable parental consent, we will take steps to remove that information from our systems.
